Drafting and organizing all required listing paperwork in alignment with your brokerage’s specific compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness, followed by coordination of electronic signatures for a seamless and efficient completion process.
Listing Paperwork + Activating MLS Listings
$125.00/file plus applicable taxes
Reliable listing administration support designed to keep your listings accurate, organized, and compliant. Services include MLS uploads, detailed property data entry, and the setup of showing instructions. Administrative access to the real estate board is required.
Buyer/Tenant Paperwork
$75.00/file plus applicable taxes
Preparation and drafting of all required compliance documentation, including the RECO Information Guide and Buyer or Tenant Representation Agreements, along with any additional brokerage-specific forms, followed by coordination for secure electronic signature.
Transaction Paperwork
$125.00/file plus applicable taxes
Preparation and drafting of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and associated documentation, including buyer-related forms when applicable, followed by coordination of electronic signatures and handling of counter offers throughout the negotiation process.
Transaction Management System
$25.00/file plus applicable taxes
Uploading and managing transaction files within brokerage transaction management systems, including but not limited to SkySlope, NexOne, and Lone Wolf, performing required compliance reviews, and managing ongoing communication with the agent until the file is fully complete and compliant.
Tailored Monthly Administrative Support
